I agree with every word you said regar...Nice post! I agree with every word you said regarding emergency fund....it frustrates me to see people na ginagawan ng paraan yung mga luho nila like that piso sale you mentioned (by borrowing money or maxing out their credit card limits), but when it comes to real priorities like fixing their home (tag-ulan pa naman ngayon), saving for the rainy days, getting an investment insurance for their child's college education and yes, getting themselves insured (I am a big advocate of 'being insured'), they always procrastinate. <br /> Leahhttp://www.leahdeleon.comnoreply@blogger.com
